Erase In, 2003
A second action by Artists Against the War, Erase In took place on May 17, 2003. Artists met again at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's exhibition Art of the First Cities, to draw the works on display and then erase the drawings as a statement about the erasure of life & culture in Iraq, and the erasure of dissent in the US.
